Agricola Farm Roast Class

We are now offering a variety of classes on the farm.
Our current lineup includes learning skills in sausage making, roasts, and butchering 101.

We are talking about pork, lamb and chicken roasts. We will discuss qualities of muscles coming from different parts of the carcass and from different animals and how this affects taste and how different cooking practices are needed for different roasts. We will make some unique stuffed roasts and learn how to tie a roast. You will leave the class with a better understanding of the locations of different cuts of meat and cooking tips for transforming them into delicious meals for your family.
This course costs $20.
